- Office closed Friday afternoons and weekends

- Diagnose and present treatment plans clearly and honestly
- Perform restorative, extractions, and other general procedures based on comfort and experience

- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Wisconsin dental license or ability to obtain one
