We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a growing concierge primary care practice. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to concierge patients
- Build and manage a patient panel of approximately 200-250 patients
- Deliver preventive, wellness-focused, and evidence-based care
- Develop long-term relationships with patients and families
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Coordinate care with specialists and referral networks
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Participate in practice growth and community outreach initiatives
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
- Active or eligible state medical license required
- Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience required
- Strong longitudinal patient care experience required
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems and healthcare technology
- Concierge medicine experience
- Executive health or direct primary care experience
- Interest in lifestyle medicine, wellness, and preventive care
- Guaranteed salary while building patient panel
- Mature practice compensation: $325,000 Base $50,000 Bonus Profit Sharing
