- Manage commercial lines accounts end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Handle policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and certificates efficiently

- Maintain accurate and timely policy servicing and documentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive service
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and pricing
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance (agency-side preferred)
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages, particularly in hospitality sectors
- Proficiency in AMS 360 and Agency Zoom
- Proven ability to manage accounts independently
- Experience working with underwriters and insurance carriers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Experience handling large or complex accounts
- Familiarity with surplus lines and complex risk placement
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- Interest in technology-driven workflows and automation
