Qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher in a Behavioral Health field
- Active Arkansas clinical license in good standing:
- LCSW
- LPC
- LMFT
- Psychologist (PhD)
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience
- Minimum 2 years of clinical management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- Medicaid behavioral health systems
- Clinical documentation and compliance
- Quality assurance and utilization review
- CARF accreditation experience preferred
Clinical Leadership & Oversight
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to licensed clinicians, contract counselors, MHPs, and QBHPs.
- Conduct clinical assessments and provide counseling services as needed.
- Develop and oversee treatment plans and clinical care services.
- Ensure trauma-informed, client-centered care practices.
- Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
- Conduct quality reviews and monitor clinical documentation.
- Support audit readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support clinical staff.
- Facilitate clinical consultation and team meetings.
- Develop ongoing training programs and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support organizational goals.
- Provide clinical consultation regarding compliance and service delivery.
- Participate in community, accreditation, and professional activities as needed.

- Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
