We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead land development projects from planning through construction. This role involves managing design teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, technically strong, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent communication.

Job Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead land planning and site layout activities
• Review designs related to water systems, sanitary sewer, grading, drainage, paving, and erosion control
• Oversee stormwater modeling and prepare calculation reports
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and permitting processes
• Supervise, support, and develop design team members
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and external stakeholders
• Prepare project proposals and participate in contract negotiations
• Forecast workload and resource requirements for the team
• Ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction
  
  

Qualifications And Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program
• Professional Engineer license required
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in land development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
