Key Responsibilities
- Plan land layouts and site configurations
- Review designs for water, sewer, paving, grading, drainage, and erosion control
- Oversee stormwater modeling and reports
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
- Manage project budgets and permitting timelines
- Lead and develop a small design team
- Communicate with permitting agencies, sub-consultants, clients, and contractors
- Prepare project proposals and negotiate contracts
- Forecast team workload and resource needs
- Ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in site/civil engineering or land development
