Key Responsibilities
- Interpret a wide variety of diagnostic imaging studies, including:
- X-ray
- CT
- MRI
- Ultrasound
- Nuclear Medicine
- Fluoroscopy
- Provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive radiology reports.
- Collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams regarding imaging findings and patient management.
- Perform general diagnostic radiology while incorporating subspecialty expertise.
- Maintain compliance with quality assurance, patient safety, and accreditation standards.
Required:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Eligible for or currently holding an active Missouri or Kansas medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.
- Fellowship training in any Diagnostic Radiology subspecialty (not required).
- Willingness to perform general diagnostic radiology in addition to subspecialty interpretations.
- Competitive compensation based on the number and type of shifts worked
- Experienced radiologists receive higher initial compensation
- Partnership-track compensation progression:
- Experienced physicians: 90% of partner compensation (Year 1), 100% thereafter
- New graduates: 80% (Year 1), 90% (Year 2), 100% (Year 3)
