Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Clinical Oversight
- Supervise daily activities of the nursing staff and ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines.
- Provide professional direction to patients, staff, physicians, and visitors-including during emergencies.
- Ensure safe storage, handling, and administration of medications.
- Maintain emergency readiness by supporting appropriate staffing, equipment, and supplies.
- Actively participate in Quality Improvement initiatives.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of qualified clinical staff.
- Oversee documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Address and help resolve patient, staff, or visitor concerns.
- Current, active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia (required).
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related or business field (preferred).
- Prior management experience in a medical environment; ASC experience preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and demonstrate a professional, accountable work ethic.
