Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Flexible scheduling | Clinic hours: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM

Position Overview

We are hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA/OTA) to join pediatric outpatient clinics across Virginia. This is an in-person opportunity working with pediatric patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling based on clinic needs and candidate availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist pediatric patients with functional, developmental, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment activities and therapy programs.
• Monitor and document patient responses and progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns with the supervising OT and care team.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Create a positive and engaging therapeutic environment for pediatric patients.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Virginia OTA license.
• Current COTA certification required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• TB test required.
