A growing outpatient pediatric practice is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide high-quality, client-centered care to children ages birth-12. This role offers a flexible schedule and a supportive, collaborative team environment with a strong focus on work-life balance and sustainable caseload management.
Services are provided in-clinic, with potential opportunities for home health or community-based treatment if desired.

Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy services under supervision of an OTR
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Treat feeding, motor skills, sensory integration, emotional regulation, torticollis, fine motor delays, handwriting difficulties, and related areas
- Provide caregiver education and home exercise programs (HEP)
- Complete timely documentation (may be completed at home)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Build strong rapport with children and families
- Participate in functional, routines-based interventions
- Potential to provide home or community-based therapy services if desired
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
- Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Washington State Licensure
- NBCOT Certification (required)
- Pediatric experience preferred (new graduates considered; 1 year pediatric experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment
