🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain a caseload with a target of 27 billable hours per week.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification (BCaBA/LBAA candidates also considered).
- CPR/First Aid certification and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
