- Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards of behavior analysis
- Conduct direct and indirect assessments to identify behavioral functions
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and service providers to ensure continuity of care
- Attend treatment team meetings, IEPs, ISPs, and insurance authorization reviews
- Provide supervision, training, and support to staff, clients, and caregivers
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify plans as needed
- Complete and submit documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain scheduled supervision meetings with BCaBAs
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- BCBA certification or currently enrolled in coursework toward certification
- Preferred 2 years of experience working with children with special needs (including autism)
- Preferred 1 year of experience supervising or training staff
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
