Requirements
- The candidate needs to have more than 5 years of insurance defense experience with touch in EPLI, LPL and D&O.
- Prefers high case volume with minimum 5 years of trial experience.
- Interest in defending professionals in liability claims as well as handling employment claims and commercial litigation cases.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Admitted to the CA Bar.
- Salary is negotiable based upon individual criteria and qualifications.
