Responsibilities
- Handle matters related to civil litigation and workers' compensation defense
- Assist with case preparation, legal research, and drafting pleadings
- Manage case files and ensure timely progress of matters
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and court proceedings as needed
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy
- Licensed to practice law in Virginia (active state bar required)
- Experience in civil litigation and/or workers' compensation preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
