Bonus: $10,000 sign-on (Over first pay check)

Position Summary
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a collaborative oncology care team. The APP will provide direct patient care under physician supervision, including evaluating new patients, managing individuals undergoing treatment, and monitoring patients after treatment completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage oncology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Conduct patient interviews, physical examinations, and review medical histories.
- Identify patient care issues and assist physicians in treatment planning.
- Provide recommendations regarding treatment options and care plans.
- Implement physician directives and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment regimens and care plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies.
- Prescribe medications and manage refills.
- Conduct chemotherapy education and consent visits.
- Perform survivorship visits and toxicity assessments.
- National certification as ANP, FNP, GNP, or PA-C
- Ability to obtain or maintain an Oregon State APRN or PA license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Oncology experience as an APP
- Oncology nursing experience for new APP candidates
- DEA license
