Job Overview
We are searching for a receptionist to join our team. This position is the first impression to our customers and one of the forward-facing positions in our dealership. From this role there is room for advancement and the opportunity to branch into sales. We are a family owned and operated dealership that is compassionate and looking to expand our staff. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers, ensuring a positive first impression for the company.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Assist customers, answer questions, or take messages for staff so customers are helped and workflow moves efficiently.
- Process payments and transactions.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, maintain office supplies, and support colleagues with tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of documents and organized record keeping.
- Support dealership management by coordinating appointments, making schedules, and managing calendars.
- Provide clerical support including supporting customer service efforts during the sales process and post-sale follow ups.
- Perform general scheduling duties check in on tasks/appointments due throughout the week while maintaining good communication with customers.
Skills/Experience
- Proficiency and computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry.
- Experience using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and staff.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Experience involving filing, scheduling, and customer support to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all tasks.
- Ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support smooth office operations

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
