Position: Receptionist
Location: Emerson Health & Rehabilitation & Rehabilitation, Olympia, WA
Schedule: Part Time - Monday - Tuesday

Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm

What You'll Do:

• Be the first smile our visitors see and the first voice they hear

• Answer phones like a pro and direct calls with confidence

• Help team members and residents with anything from paperwork to directions

• Keep the front office tidy, organized, and stress-free (we believe in good vibes only)

• Handle light administrative duties with flair and a little sparkle

What We're Looking For:

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a great sense of humor

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is a plus

• Someone who can keep calm and cheerful—even on a Monday!
