Land Surveyor (Field and Office)- Dock Construction Project

Protecnium is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technical services (www.protecnium.com/en). We are currently looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team for a Dock Project in Honolulu, Hawaii.

• Project: Dock Project
• Summary: Land Surveyor with hands-on experience in the execution of maritime construction projects.
• Estimated duration of the position: 1 year - In general, when the project ends, we try to place the employee in other projects to give him/her continuity.
• Responsabilities:
• Perform field surveying activities including layout, measurements, and asbuilt data collection.
• Support marine and port-related surveying tasks, when applicable.
• Process and analyze survey data using industry-standard software.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure accuracy of survey deliverables.
• Maintain and verify survey control networks.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings and reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to surveying and geometry.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 hours, (1 hour lunch). Based on project demands.

Requirements:

• Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in surveying for construction projects.
• Proven experience in infrastructure projects (roads, structures, or similar).
• Highly desirable: experience in marine, port, or maritime projects.
• Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and data processing software.
• Ability to work both in the field and in the office environment.
• English level: C1 (mandatory).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must have valid work authorization in the U.S. (local candidates preferred).
