Junior / Mid-Level Intune Engineer – Required Skills & Experience
1. Core Intune Configuration (Primary Skillset)
- Hands-on experience working in Microsoft Intune for day-to-day configuration tasks
- Ability to:
- Create and assign configuration profiles
- Deploy and manage compliance policies
- Configure device groups and assignments
- Comfortable working in a pre-defined design and following implementation standards

2. Application Deployment (Operational)
- Experience deploying applications through Intune:
- Basic Win32 app packaging and deployment
- Company Portal-managed apps
- Common enterprise apps (Office, browsers, VPN clients, Zoom, etc.)
- Ability to:
- Configure install/uninstall commands
- Set basic detection rules
- Validate successful deployments on devices
3. Windows Autopilot – Configuration Support
- Familiar with:
- Registering devices in Autopilot
- Assigning profiles and group tags
- Basic ESP configuration
- Able to:
- Perform device enrollment testing
- Validate provisioning outcomes (apps, policies applied)
4. Endpoint Policy Implementation (Execution)
- Ability to configure and deploy:
- BitLocker policies
- LAPS policies
- Windows Update rings
- Basic security and baseline profiles
- Responsible for:

5. GPO Migration Support (Not Design Lead)
- Ability to:

- Familiarity with:
