Primary objective: Stabilize and formalize IAM architecture and processes during the short engagement window
- Key responsibilities include:Establishing/improving architectural practices
- Supporting process development
- Creating/backfilling:
- System diagrams
- Architecture documentation
- The role is intentionally broad (“jack-of-all-trades”), requiring:
- Strategic thinking
- Hands-on collaboration (but not direct system configuration or coding)
- Experience Requirements5–7 years of experience
- Preference for direct IAM experience
- Avoids over-indexing on years to prevent excluding strong candidates
Top Required Skills
- Enterprise IAM Architecture ExperienceMust have designed or contributed to large-scale identity platforms

Strong Organizational Skills

IAM Tooling & Ecosystem Experience
