Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities
- Operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload trailers.
- Move, stack, organize and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
- Pick orders, stage and assist with packing as needed.
- Assist with inbound and outbound shipments.
- Support dock operations, including order consolidation, unloading trucks, and unloading floor-loaded containers.
- Perform general warehouse duties and assist in other areas as business needs require.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
- Experience operating stand-up and/or turret forklifts is a plus.
- Warehouse and dock experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift.
- Willingness to perform a variety of warehouse and dock duties as needed.
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule, with occasional early starts at 7:30 AM.
