Our client in Hawthorne, NY 10532 is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative support to the HR team. Long-term temporary assignment
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors upon arrival
- Provide front desk support and ensure a welcoming office environment
- Assist with HR-related projects, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Support general office operations as needed
- Help set up and maintain office common areas, including the coffee station
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or office support experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
