Forklift Operator
Fort Worth, Texas
ProStaff Workforce Solutions is hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse distribution team in Fort Worth, TX 76131. We are seeking reliable candidates with experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts who can safely move, organize, and stage inventory throughout the facility.
This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by ensuring products and materials are moved efficiently while maintaining safety and accuracy.
Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Available Shifts
Day Shift: Monday – Thursday - 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Night Shift: Monday – Thursday - 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM
Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday - 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Overtime Requirement
Employees must be available to work mandatory overtime when needed based on business demands.
Overtime is not required every weekend; however, additional hours may be assigned when production needs require extra support. When overtime is needed, employees will typically work one additional day outside their normal schedule on the opposite shift.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts throughout the warehouse.
- Move, stage, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Load and unload materials and products.
- Perform warehouse replenishment and material movement tasks.
- Transport products between receiving, storage, and shipping areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory movement and follow warehouse procedures.
- Complete equipment checks and report any forklift issues.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Experience operating sit-down forklift and/or stand-up forklift equipment.
- Warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- Ability to work required overtime when needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
