In this role, you’ll be responsible for sorting, packing, and preparing high-volume documents and mailings, supporting investor communications and corporate reporting. You’ll also help maintain a clean and safe work environment, operate material handling equipment, and support process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency.

Pay Rate: $18/hr
Shifts:
1st shift – 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
2nd shift – 3:30 pm – 12:00 am
Weekends & Overtime required

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a powerjack to move materials safely throughout the facility
- Sort, pack, and prepare documents and correspondence for distribution
- Follow daily production schedules, job instructions, and quality standards
- Track production output and complete required documentation
- Stand and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours per shift
- Lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Use computer systems for tracking and reporting production tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Other duties such as Inkjet machine, and other production equipment operation as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or production environments preferred
- Basic computer skills for production tracking and reporting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
