Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of hotel facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and guest room appliances, ensuring all are in optimal working condition
- Ensure that all maintenance areas and workshops are kept clean and safe, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols to provide a secure environment for guests and staff
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction through professional and courteous service
- Accurately complete and manage work orders, ensuring all tasks are documented and any follow-up actions are noted for efficiency and record-keeping
- Assist with the inventory and restocking of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring that necessary materials are available for uninterrupted operations
- Work closely with other engineering and maintenance staff, as well as cross-departmental teams, to ensure seamless operations and support the hotel's business objectives
- Follow all operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and contributing to the hotel's success
- Operate all maintenance equipment safely and responsibly, and promptly report any issues or needed repairs to the appropriate personnel
