Prosper Region Solutions, Inc. is a growing Marketing and Sales firm focused on bringing value to our clients through their in-store promotional campaigns and community outreach efforts. We are looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals to join our growing Marketing and Sales team. As a Junior Marketing Associate, you would be responsible for providing a retail sales, marketing, and customer service experience that is intended to improve the brand visibility of our clients and retail partners. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for anyone who wants to develop hands-on business skills in sales, marketing, and customer relations. No prior experience is required, this role is perfect for those looking to get their foot in the door and start their careers!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Boost brand visibility for our clients
• Work face-to-face with our client's consumer base within in a retail environment
• Connect with customers and share promotional offers in a friendly, clear way
• Represent our clients with professionalism
• Hit and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Participate in team meetings, skill-building workshops, and collaborative planning

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Upbeat with growth-oriented attitude
• Dependable transportation to and from Albany-area locations
• Willingness to learn and implement feedback
• Ability to take initiative
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required
