Entry Level Marketing

Prosper Region Solutions, Inc is looking for an individual who’s ready to turn our clients' promotions into action As a part of our Marketing team, you would be specializing in face-to-face marketing and customer engagement-focused sales campaigns. This entry-level role is ideal for those excited to build professional experience, work directly with people, and grow within a supportive, fast-moving environment. You will represent our clients in a customer-facing setting, strengthen brand presence, and contribute to sales and outreach initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of exciting brands inside major retailers, connecting face-to-face with customers and increasing brand loyalty
• Work hands-on with customers to support in-store campaigns, promotional events, and customer acquisition for our clients
• Understand client products and services to represent them enthusiastically
• Deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales in a retail setting
• Participate in team meetings, collaborative training, and support daily operations
• Build your confidence and communication skills while learning the basics of sales and marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Customer service, retail, sales, or marketing experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Positiv\e attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for career development
• Reliable transportation between surrounding areas
