Prosper Region Solutions, Inc. is a growing Marketing and Sales firm focused on bringing value to our clients through their in-store promotional campaigns and community outreach efforts. We are looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals to join our growing Marketing and Sales team. As a Junior Marketing Associate, you would be responsible for providing a retail sales, marketing, and customer service experience that is intended to improve the brand visibility of our clients and retail partners. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for anyone who wants to develop hands-on business skills in sales, marketing, and customer relations. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Boost brand visibility for our clients
• Work face-to-face with our client's consumer base within in a retail environment
• Connect with customers and share promotional offers in a friendly, clear way
• Represent our clients with professionalism
• Hit and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Participate in team meetings, skill-building workshops, and collaborative planning

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Upbeat with growth-oriented attitude
• Dependable transportation to and from Albany-area locations
• Willingness to learn and implement feedback
• Ability to take initiative
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required
