Terminal Manager-Baltimore, MD

ProspectBlue is seeking an experienced and results-driven Terminal Manager to lead operations in Baltimore, MD!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all terminal operations including pickup & delivery (P&D), dock, and linehaul functions.

Manage and lead terminal staff: dispatchers, drivers, dockworkers, and administrative teams.

Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations and procedures.

Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive productivity, service quality, and cost control.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

Partner with regional and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and reporting.

Qualifications:

3 years of leadership experience in LTL or freight transportation operations.

Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with TMS systems (such as AS400) and basic knowledge of logistics software.
