Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager oversees all human resources functions, ensuring consistent execution, regulatory compliance, and well-documented HR operations. Key Responsibilities

Manage daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, HR systems, and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, regulatory expectations, and internal policies
Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee documentation
Lead full-cycle recruiting and standardized interview processes
Serve as the primary resource for employee relations, investigations, and performance management support
Prepare HR documentation and reporting for audits and regulatory reviews
Partner with leadership on staffing needs, personnel matters, and policy application
Execute leadership directives with professionalism, confidentiality, and consistency
