Our client, a highly rated legal organization, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join their Tampa office. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Florida, able to manage a high-volume caseload, and experienced in areas such as Auto Replevin, Collections, and the Impound process. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high-volume litigation caseload efficiently and professionally.
- Attend hearings, conduct depositions, and participate in trials.
- Oversee and manage support staff assigned to cases.
- Negotiate settlements and engage with clients proactively.
- Ensure deadlines are met and cases progress through the legal process.
- Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the firm’s service standards.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 3–5 years of litigation experience
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism
- Strong work ethic and client-centered approach
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience managing a high-volume caseload
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing book of business or proven ability to generate clients
- Experience in collections, auto replevin, or impound process
- Active involvement in professional legal organizations

Education Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
