Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end infrastructure programs for factory and enterprise needs
- Partner with Facilities, General Contractors, and cross-functional IT/OT teams
- Define scope, budget, timelines, risks, and success metrics
- Manage network, server, data center, and cloud implementations
- Ensure business and manufacturing requirements are met
- Drive disciplined project management and risk mitigation
- Ensure zero impact to business continuity during deployments
Top Skills Required
- IT infrastructure program/project management (8 years)
- Manufacturing / industrial IT environment experience
- Data center buildouts, NAS, Backup, DR, server patching & upgrades
- Enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, WLAN, DNS, DHCP, multi-site)
- Structured cabling, Division 27, AV standards, telecom drawings
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (migration & deployment)
- OT and IT systems integration
- Tools: Smartsheet, Jira, Google Workspace
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in CS, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
