In this role, you’ll design, deliver, and lead training programs for insurance service professionals across personal and commercial lines. You’ll travel across Maine, helping teams master systems, workflows, and client-service excellence. What You’ll Do
- Lead onboarding and training for new insurance service representatives.
- Develop engaging programs for personal lines (auto, home, umbrella) and commercial lines (GL, property, workers’ comp).
- Train staff on EPIC, carrier platforms, quoting tools, and compliance best practices.
- Coach team members on professional communication and E&O standards.
- Create and update SOPs, job aids, and reference materials.
- Partner with leaders to ensure training reflects evolving P&C insurance industry trends.
- Travel regularly to branch offices across Maine (day and occasional overnight trips).
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in insurance training or instructional design (personal commercial lines).
- Knowledge of P&C insurance service operations, systems, and compliance.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, in person and virtual.
- Proficiency with EPIC or similar agency management systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills.
