Location: Brunswick, ME – Onsite
Pay: $21-22/hour
Duration: Approximately 3–4 weeks, with potential to extend

About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Clerical Support Associate for a short-term project with a financial institution in Brunswick. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organized, independent work and is comfortable handling confidential documents.
The primary focus of this position will be reviewing physical mortgage files, locating specific loan documents, organizing them alphabetically, and preparing remaining documents for secure shredding.
No mortgage or banking experience is required, and this position will not require the use of company computer systems. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Review and sort a high volume of physical files
- Identify and remove designated loan notes from each file
- Organize and file documents alphabetically
- Place remaining documents into secure shred bins
- Handle confidential financial information carefully and appropriately
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused clerical work
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Previous office, administrative, filing, records, or clerical experience is helpful but not required
Schedule
30-40 hours per week, daytime, Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm
Hours may transition to part-time as the project progresses. Candidates with some flexibility in their schedules are encouraged to apply.
