GENERAL INFORMATION: Department: Social Services/General Assistance
Barg. Unit: Non-union
Status: Full-Time/Temporary
Hours: Up to 19 hours a week; Must be available Wednesday/Thursday. Office is closed Fridays
Grade: $16.00-$18.00/hour
SUMMARY/WORK ACTIVITIES: General Assistance is looking for temporary support from now until October 1st. Primary need is on Wednesdays/Thursdays, hours worked will be up to 19 hours per week. Tasks include but are not limited to assisting with processing billing & payroll, reviewing files, scanning, filing, creating receipts, produces weekly and monthly reports for department and processing reimbursements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must have a high school diploma.
Experience with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/ Clerical Experience preferred.
