What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about accounts, services, and processes
- Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Complete data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Use strong phone etiquette and communication skills to support a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, call center operations, or client support (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and general computer systems
- Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule (on-site 2 days per week in Mason, OH)
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 11am–8pm
- Knowledge of sales techniques or customer service best practices is a plus
