We're seeking a Temporary Billing Specialist to provide coverage during an employee leave. This is a great opportunity to join a busy office environment where you'll play an important role in supporting billing operations and delivering exceptional service to customers and field staff.
What You'll Do
- Process and manage service and customer account billing accurately and efficiently
- Prepare invoices and ensure timely billing for completed work
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service
- Support field technicians with billing questions and administrative needs
- Maintain accurate customer and billing records
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in billing, accounting support, or office administration
- Experience with QuickBooks required
- Experience using dispatching or service management software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Dependable, self-motivated, and a strong team player
