Position: Loan Collateral Specialist

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Pay: $42k to $57k/year

Experience: 2 years of experience in loan operations, banking operations, collateral management, or a related financial services environment preferred.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

ProRecruiters is seeking a Loan Collateral Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Position Requirements

• Knowledge of loan documentation, collateral processing, lien filing, and loan servicing practices.
• Understanding of banking regulations, lending compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
• Experience reviewing financial documents, tax returns, insurance records, and collateral-related information.
• Ability to process, organize, and maintain accurate loan and collateral records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and evaluate complex documentation.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to work independently.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional discretion.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
