Position: Chemical Process Technician

Location: Castooa, OK

Pay: $22–$30/hour

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or industrial plant environment is required.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday; Rotating shifts

Job Description

• Operate chemical processing equipment, including reactors, pumps, filters, tanks, and PLC systems.
• Monitor chemical reactions and record process conditions and material changes.
• Adjust equipment controls to maintain product quality, safety, and yield targets.
• Collect product samples and perform quality control testing.
• Load and unload raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Respond to process deviations and assist with emergency shutdowns as directed.
• Support the development and improvement of standard operating procedures.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and forklift operation ability
• Strong ability to read gauges, instruments, and written procedures
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety
• Able to work independently and collaborate with technical teams
• Flexible to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed
