Position: Systems Analyst

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $55,000/year

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a help desk or equivalent role.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in Computer Science/IT preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

ProRecruiters is seeking a Systems Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Oversee application support, documentation, and software updates.
• Provide remote and in-person technical assistance to both Professional and Production Staff.
• Work with software vendors to ensure accurate functionality, licensing, etc. as well as implement enhanced features and reporting.
• Assist in day-to-day support needs throughout the company.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in Active Directory, Microsoft Office, 365 Administration, Epicor.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work after-hours on occasion for any support or implementation needs.
