Production Control Coordinator

Position: Production Control Coordinator

Pay: $65k/year

Location: Claremore, OK

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm

ProRecruiters is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Plan production control activities to improve efficiency while maintaining quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness through grouping of jobs to reduce setups.
• Work with operations to ensure timely flow of materials considering staffing and planned down times.
• Assure all jobs are issued in support of customer lead times but not outside of the protected window of Rev control.
• Work with the materials department to reduce inventory levels.
• Optimize scheduling of manufacturing processes and resources.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Proven leadership skills
• Expertise with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)
• Experience with Epicor preferred
• Ability to provide and report out on metrics
• Basic understanding of shop operations and planning process
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP and Excel software
• Ability to move through facility and up and down stairs
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Ability to visually see hard copy work orders and shipping documents
