Job Description:
- Lead civil engineering design for site development and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a primary point of contact.
- Support business development activities and proposal efforts.
- Provide practical engineering solutions aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to strategic planning and office growth initiatives.
Position Requirements:
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent organizational and workload management abilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and maintain positive client interactions.
- Experience with Civil 3D (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and risk-management mindset.
