Training Developer:
- Create a consolidated $B!H(BWhat$B!G(Bs changing$B!I(B inventory across ECC $B"*(B SAP S/4HANA, SAP SRM $B"*(B S/4 Sourcing & Procurement, and SAP Work Manager $B"*(B SAP Asset Manager (EAM), organized by role and process.
- Develop as-is to to-be process maps and step-by-step procedures, highlighting removed steps, new approvals, and new decision points.
- Produce a transaction/app crosswalk (old T-codes / SRM functions / Work Manager actions $B"*(B new SAP Fiori apps / S/4 transactions / Asset Manager flows).
- Write role-based standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions with consistent formatting, prerequisites, inputs/outputs, and controls.
- Build scenario-based job aids (end-to-end stories) for the top user journeys in procurement and maintenance, including common exceptions.
- Capture and annotate screenshots from the configured environments (Fiori and mobile) with callouts for new/changed fields and required entries.
- Maintain a terminology and data guide (field name changes, master data impacts, status changes, document types) and embed it into training content.
- Create quick reference cards and $B!H(Bcheat sheets$B!I(B for high-frequency tasks (approvals, requisitions/orders, confirmations, sync steps) optimized for field and desk users.
- Establish content governance: version control, review workflow with functional SMEs, traceability to requirements/test scripts, and a release calendar aligned to cutover.
- Training related post-go-live documentation maintenance, manage a controlled change log, intake requests from SMEs/support, refresh SOPs/job aids per release/hotfix, and publish updated versions with clear versioning and effective dates.
