Trainer 1 (Sourcing & Procurement):

  • 3 to 5 years of experience delivering training in SAP S/4HANA projects with clear understanding of Fiori.
  • Design and deliver transition training that moves users from SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) tasks to the equivalent SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement capabilities, emphasizing $B!H(Bwhat changes$B!I(B and $B!H(Bwhy.$B!I(B
  • Create a process mapping from SRM (shopping cart, approvals, sourcing/collaboration) to the S/4HANA target process (requisitions, purchasing, contracts, approvals, goods receipt, invoice verification).
  • Develop $B!H(Bday-in-the-life$B!I(B scenarios that reflect the cutover journey (SRM today $B"*(B S/4 tomorrow), including exception handling and common rework paths.
  • Build training materials (job aids, training PPT, and hands-on exercises) that reflect the final configured process and system screens, and update them quickly as design or testing changes.
  • Build role-based learning paths for impacted personas (requisitioner, approver, buyer, receiver, AP) showing new steps, controls, and decision points in S/4HANA.
  • Produce updated training assets (guides, simulations, job aids, quick reference cards, FAQs) that explicitly call out SRM vs S/4 terminology differences and new fields.
  • Teach navigation and task execution in SAP Fiori (and any required SAP GUI transactions), including search, favorites, inbox/approvals, and key procurement apps.
  • Coordinate tightly with functional, testing, and cutover teams to keep training aligned to the latest configuration (workflows, release strategies, account assignment, pricing, tolerances).
  • Plan for the migration period by training on data and document impacts (open carts/PRs/POs, supplier/master data readiness, historical visibility) and how users validate outcomes.
  • Run hands-on labs in a training/sandbox environment that mirrors production roles and authorizations; validate proficiency with assessments and practical exercises.
  • Support go-live and stabilization with train-the-trainer sessions, office hours, hypercare enablement, and rapid content updates based on ticket trends and user feedback.

Trainer 2 (SAP EAM):

  • 3 to 5 years of experience delivering training in SAP S/4HANA projects with clear understanding of Fiori.
  • Design and deliver transition training for SAP Work Manager users moving to SAP Asset Manager within SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), focusing on what changes in daily execution.
  • Create a $B!H(BWork Manager $B"*(B Asset Manager$B!I(B task crosswalk (notifications, work orders, operations, confirmations, time, measurements, attachments) tied to the client$B!G(Bs configured process.
  • Build training materials (job aids, training PPT, and hands-on exercises) that reflect the final configured process and system screens, and update them quickly as design or testing changes.
  • Train end users on the mobile-first experience: navigation, search, lists, filters, work queues, and standard transactions in Asset Manager.
  • Cover online/offline behavior in detail (sync cadence, conflict handling, what$B!G(Bs available offline, retry steps, data loss prevention).
  • Develop role-based learning paths for technicians, supervisors, planners, and dispatch, showing new handoffs and responsibility shifts.
  • Build hands-on scenarios that match real field work (receive order, capture readings, execute ops, record malfunction codes, add photos, confirm work, complete/close).
  • Produce updated training assets: facilitator/participant guides, simulations, quick reference cards, $B!H(Bfield tips,$B!I(B and FAQs that reflect new screens and terminology.
  • Coordinate with functional, mobility, and security teams to align training with configuration (order/notification types, status profiles, catalogs, authorizations, device policies).
  • Run lab environments and practical assessments to confirm users can complete end-to-end work and troubleshoot common issues (sync failures, missing objects, authorization errors).
  • Support go-live with train-the-trainer, office hours, hypercare readiness materials, and rapid content updates based on ticket trends and adoption feedback.
