- Create a process mapping from SRM (shopping cart, approvals, sourcing/collaboration) to the S/4HANA target process (requisitions, purchasing, contracts, approvals, goods receipt, invoice verification).
- Develop $B!H(Bday-in-the-life$B!I(B scenarios that reflect the cutover journey (SRM today $B"*(B S/4 tomorrow), including exception handling and common rework paths.
- Build training materials (job aids, training PPT, and hands-on exercises) that reflect the final configured process and system screens, and update them quickly as design or testing changes.
- Build role-based learning paths for impacted personas (requisitioner, approver, buyer, receiver, AP) showing new steps, controls, and decision points in S/4HANA.
- Produce updated training assets (guides, simulations, job aids, quick reference cards, FAQs) that explicitly call out SRM vs S/4 terminology differences and new fields.
- Teach navigation and task execution in SAP Fiori (and any required SAP GUI transactions), including search, favorites, inbox/approvals, and key procurement apps.

- Train end users on the mobile-first experience: navigation, search, lists, filters, work queues, and standard transactions in Asset Manager.
- Cover online/offline behavior in detail (sync cadence, conflict handling, what$B!G(Bs available offline, retry steps, data loss prevention).
- Develop role-based learning paths for technicians, supervisors, planners, and dispatch, showing new handoffs and responsibility shifts.
- Build hands-on scenarios that match real field work (receive order, capture readings, execute ops, record malfunction codes, add photos, confirm work, complete/close).
