The Supply Chain & Logistics Systems Manager is responsible for the configuration, administration, and ongoing support of enterprise systems that enable inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation execution. This role owns the functional configuration of assigned systems and has the skills required to troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full supply chain execution lifecycle, including issues originating from upstream systems, integrations, extensions, or other technical components. The role partners closely with Operations leadership, the ERP Manager, and third-party vendors to ensure reliable and efficient warehouse and transportation system operation.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Own and administer day-to-day operation of supply chain and logistics systems
- Own and maintain system configuration for Oracle Fusion Inventory Management, Oracle Warehouse Management, Oracle Warehouse Workforce Management, Oracle Transportation Management, and Oracle Fleet Management
- Define, maintain, and enforce business rules for inventory movements, picking, packing, shipping, routing, and delivery execution
- Independently troubleshoot functional, data, and configuration issues impacting warehouse and transportation workflows, including issues originating from upstream modules, integrations, extensions, or platform components
- Diagnose and coordinate resolution of cross-module, integration, and data flow issues in partnership with the ERP Manager
- Support live operational issues impacting warehouse or transportation execution, including time-sensitive fulfillment disruptions
- Plan and conduct quarterly testing of enterprise resource planning releases impacting inventory, warehouse, and transportation workflows
- Lead user acceptance testing and formally approve supply-chain-related system changes prior to production deployment
- Coordinate defect resolution, enhancements, and configuration changes related to supply chain and logistics systems
- Train warehouse, transportation, and operations users on system functionality, enhancements, and process changes
- Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate release-related communications and end-user training activities
- Maintain system configuration documentation, test results, change history, and issue resolution records
- Serve as the primary escalation point for supply chain and logistics system issues impacting operations
- Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, and transportation operations
- Demonstrated ability to administer and configure supply chain and logistics systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills across system configuration, data issues, and cross-system dependencies
- Ability to analyze issues that span multiple systems and identify root cause
- Knowledge of Agile practices including backlog management and iterative delivery
- Knowledge of project management practices including requirements tracking, testing coordination, and release planning
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or Information Systems
- Advanced experience supporting or administering warehouse, logistics, or supply chain systems
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems or transportation management systems
- Experience supporting live operational environments and time-sensitive issue resolution
- Experience leading user acceptance testing and end-user training activities
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory, Warehouse Management, or Transportation Management certifications preferred
- Supply chain or logistics certifications a plus
