Key Responsibilities:
- Review and follow the Test Team work plan.
- Help manage and support Test Team processes.
- Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve issues and risks impacting testing and team deliverables.
- Develop contingency plans when needed.
- Research problems independently before escalating to a Team Lead or Test Team Lead.
- Assist and guide other testers as needed.
- Build understanding of business requirements supported by the testing effort.
- Support application teams in planning and executing component and assembly tests.
- Define product test plans and acceptance criteria.
- Create, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures.
- Resolve testing process questions and issues.
- Assist with planning, creating, and controlling test environments.
- Coordinate and execute assembly or product tests with testers, application teams, and the program manager.
- Track and report progress against estimates for assigned tasks.
- Update and test release installation procedures.
- Establish and use entry and exit criteria for testing.
- Conduct structured walkthroughs and inspections, then resolve findings.
- Work with users to confirm solutions meet business requirements.
- Create test artifacts for product testing and release control (plans, data, scripts).
- Communicate clear, accurate status updates.
- Follow quality standards and work effectively in a team environment.
- Agile software testing experience: 4 years
- iOS mobile testing experience: 3 years
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
