What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Lift Driver - Replenishments position at Propper International Sales?

For the past 55 years, we've supplied over 120 million garments to the U.S. Department of Defense - more than any other manufacturer - and have built a commercial brand of product for law enforcement agencies and the greater public safety community.
We are looking for a motivated, detailed oriented warehouse order picker to work in our warehouse in our Tennessee Distribution Center. This person will use a forklift and narrow isle order picker to pick stock from designated location to fill customer orders for stock replenishment, as well as orders to be stocked, picked, and shipped.
JOB FUNCTION:
- Picking out ordered items from storage shelves or rooms using barcodes, serial numbers, etc.
- Putting away new incoming stock in the correct location
- Managing stock control, including item replenishment and storage
- Utilize a vehicle mounted computer and handheld scanner
- Performing general warehouse duties as necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to use a radio frequency or barcode scanner
- OSHA approved driver training, License & Certificate (provided by Propper)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great self-independence and motivation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Will provide on the job training.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse and/or manufacturing organization a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of Motorized order picker, cherry picker or forklift experience a plus
