π» What You'll Do
As the face of our IT department, you'll support internal users with a variety of technical issues-from software and hardware troubleshooting to network and server management. You'll play a key role in maintaining a secure, efficient, and user-friendly IT infrastructure across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for on-site and remote users.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity issues.

Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.

Maintain inventory of company devices and software.

Track, document, and analyze help desk metrics.

Manage telecommunications systems and vendors (Verizon, AT&T, Spectrum).

Set up new users and systems; deliver training as needed.

Ensure high standards of customer service across departments.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

2-3 years of hands-on IT support experience

Working knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange

Familiarity with both Windows and Linux environments a plus

Experience supporting SaaS tools and telecom systems (Cisco or similar)

Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
