Position: Custodian
We are offering a full time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, on-site Custodian position located at our Distribution Center in Dickson, TN. Duties/Responsibilities:

Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building.
- To Include but not limited to: Washing windows, sweeping and mopping floors and rugs,
emptying trash receptacles.
- Performs minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes. Recognizing when to notify the maintenance manager when a problem requires higher expertise.
- Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and breakroom and boardroom.
- Maintains a neat and orderly janitors room; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Including the appropriate PPE necessary for certain tasks and follows those standards.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Ability to keep the common areas of the facility clean and orderly.
- Ability to interact with staff and visitors while remaining professional, polite, and courteous.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Commercial cleaning experience is preferred
- Warehouse experience is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing.
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
