Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00AM – 6:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications
- Multi-line phone experience & friendly phone presence
- Excellent customer service & self-motivated
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with medical terminology
- Strong multi-tasking and billing skills
- Comfortable collecting co-pays, patient balances, and setting up payment plans
Key Responsibilities
- Check patients in/out and schedule appointments
- Verify eligibility & collect co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, and past balances
- Set up payment plans as needed
- Schedule patients with appropriate providers per credentialing table
- Answer phones & route messages for refills, medical questions, and staff communication
